We are inviting all our clients to make their next appointment before they leave the salon. By doing so, it supports you in getting pampered on a day and time that works best for your busy schedule. All appointment do require a credit card on file to hold the time slot. You will receive an email 3 days prior to your appointment & Text message. To avoid getting a phone call the day before your appointment you can click the green confirm now button in your email. You will also receive a courtesy text message 2 hours before your appointment.
We know how busy life can get which is why we go above and beyond the confirmation reminders of most service offering businesses. Of course things come up so we ask if you must cancel please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a charge. Here is our cancellation policy in which we will be fully enforcing immediately.
You may cancel your appointment without charge within the 24 hours preceding your appointment.
Same day cancellations, no call or no show will result in a charge for the full price of service.
